250 Missing After Boat Sinks
A boat sank in the Andaman Sea, between Thailand and Myanmar. At least 250 people are missing.
Some are Rohingya refugees who fled Myanmar. Others are citizens of Bangladesh. The United Nations said heavy winds, rough seas, and overcrowding caused the sinking.
