Anduril Raises $5 Billion for Golden Dome Defense
Defense company Anduril has raised $5 billion from investors. Its value is now $61 billion.
Anduril is building space-based weapons to shoot down missiles. This is part of Trump's Golden Dome defense program.
Golden Dome aims to protect the US from missile attacks. The program has a budget of $185 billion.
Investment companies Thrive Capital and Andreessen Horowitz led the funding round. Anduril is working with three other space companies on the project.
Anduril's value has doubled since June 2025. Its income also more than doubled to $2.2 billion in 2025.
The US Defense Department also struck a deal with Anduril and others. They will buy over 10,000 low-cost hypersonic missiles over three years.
