Armed Man Arrested Near Prince Andrew on Dog Walk
A man was arrested near Prince Andrew's home on Wednesday 6 May 2026. Police were called to Wolferton in Norfolk, England shortly after 7:30pm.
A report said a man was acting in an intimidating way in the village. The man was wearing a balaclava.
He was arrested on suspicion of carrying a weapon. He also faces a public order charge.
Reports say the man had been waiting in a vehicle. He spotted Prince Andrew about 50 yards away.
He got out and approached Andrew while shouting. Andrew fled to his nearby car with a security team member. The man remains in custody at King's Lynn Police Investigation Centre.
