Arson Attacks on London Synagogues Keep Growing
A series of arson attacks on Jewish sites in London keeps growing. The latest attack hit Kenton United Synagogue in Harrow in north London on Saturday night.
It caused minor smoke damage to one room. No one was hurt and the building was not badly damaged.
This is part of a pattern of attacks on Jewish sites in recent weeks. The Chief Rabbi said the attacks are "gathering momentum." The Community Security Trust reported the incidents. That group watches for antisemitism and protects Jewish communities across Britain.
Klear Note — Arson attacks are fires set on purpose to damage property. Antisemitism is hatred or prejudice against Jewish people.
