Belgium and Iran Draw 0-0 at World Cup

Belgium and Iran drew 0-0 in a World Cup match in Los Angeles. Belgium played with 10 men for part of the game.

Defender Nathan Ngoy was sent off in the 66th minute for pulling down Iran's Taremi. Iran goalkeeper Alireza Beiranvand made seven saves and won Player of the Match.

Belgium goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois also made key saves. Both teams now have two points each in Group G. Neither team has won a match yet in the tournament.

The draw keeps Iran's hopes alive of reaching the knockout stage. Iran has never reached the World Cup knockout stage before.
