Billionaire Frank Stronach Found Guilty of Sexual Assault
Frank Stronach was found guilty of sexual assault on Friday. The verdict came from a court in Toronto, Canada.
Stronach is a 93-year-old billionaire who founded car parts firm Magna International. He was also found guilty of indecent assault.
But he was cleared of three other charges in the same verdict. Stronach had faced 12 charges in total.
Prosecutors dropped five charges during the trial. A judge cleared him of one more charge due to unreliable evidence.
That left five charges to be decided. Two led to guilty findings and three to clearances.
A sentencing hearing is set for September. Stronach also faces a separate trial on similar charges in Newmarket, Canada in May 2027.
