Clancy Defense Seeks Records Only From Holdout Juror Desronvil
Lindsay Clancy was on trial for killing her three children. Her trial ended in a mistrial in September.
Her defense is now seeking records only from holdout juror Michael Desronvil. Desronvil said everyone had phones.
He spoke to ABC News. The interview aired Thursday October 15.
Clancy's thought process struck him. He had no doubt she was guilty.
He said she seemed “methodical” in killing her three children. That view influenced him.
The defense argued she had postpartum psychosis when she killed her children. Desronvil told MSNBC he had been harassed since the trial ended.
Fox News reported that Desronvil showed surveillance footage from after the mistrial. It shows journalists going through his mail and looking into windows.
Klear Note — A mistrial means the jury did not reach a final verdict.
