Commanders Quarterback Jayden Daniels Ruled Out With Elbow Injury
Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels was ruled out Sunday. He hurt his left elbow against the Dallas Cowboys.
The injury happened late in the first half. He was carted off at halftime.
Daniels appeared to dislocate the elbow on the half's final play. That happened with three seconds left in the second quarter.
The play was near Dallas' 1-yard line. Daniels stumbled over a lineman's foot on the play.
Marcus Mariota replaced him in the second half. Daniels dislocated the same left elbow last November against Seattle. He missed three games after that injury.
Klear Note — dislocate means A joint's bones get pushed out of their normal position.
