Cuba Town Protests Turn Violent
Protests broke out in Moron, a town in Cuba. Moron is more than 300 miles east of Havana.
The protest started peacefully. It then turned violent, according to a state-run newspaper.
Protesters broke into a Communist party office. They set it on fire.
A pharmacy and shop were also vandalized. 5 people were arrested for vandalism.
Klear Note — Cuba is a communist country ruled by one party. Protests against the government are rare and often met with arrest.
