Denver Airport Runway Death Ruled a Suicide
A man died after being struck by a plane at Denver Airport on Friday. He was named as Michael Mott and was 41 years old.
Mott jumped an 8-foot fence with barbed wire to reach the runway. He passed through several layers of security before being struck.
The medical examiner ruled his death a suicide on Tuesday. The plane was a Frontier Airlines jet with 224 passengers and 7 crew on board.
Twelve passengers suffered minor injuries. The airport's chief executive Phillip Washington spoke about the incident.
