EU Leaders Visit Ukraine for Bucha Anniversary

European Union leaders visited Kyiv, Ukraine, on Tuesday. They marked four years since the Bucha massacre.

Kaja Kallas, the European Union's top diplomat, led the ceremony. Russian forces withdrew from Bucha in 2022.

After they left, 458 bodies were found in Bucha's streets. The visit came as Hungary was blocking an aid package for Ukraine. Kallas spoke with Hungary's foreign minister this week about the aid dispute.

Klear Note Bucha is a town near Kyiv where Russian forces killed hundreds of civilians in 2022. The EU regularly sends aid money to help Ukraine rebuild and defend itself.
