Europe Moves to Ban Kids' Phones and Social Media
The United Kingdom and Spain are taking steps to protect young people online. The House of Lords in the United Kingdom backed a ban on phones in schools.
Earlier, lawmakers in the House of Lords supported a law banning children under 16 from social media. Spain also proposed a ban on social media for teenagers.
