Fire at China Shoe Factory Kills 28 People

A fire broke out at a shoe factory in Fujian province, China. It killed 28 people.

Of 239 people inside, 213 got out safely. Video showed large flames rising from the building.

Thick black smoke filled the sky. Early findings suggest the fire started on the ground floor.
