Five Killed in San Diego Mosque Shooting
Five people were killed in a shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego. Three of the dead were civilians at the mosque.
Two suspects aged 17 and 19 also died from self-inflicted gunshot wounds. San Diego Police Chief Scott Wahl announced the details.
The FBI is investigating the shooting as a hate crime. Investigators found possible anti-Islamic writings in the suspects' car.
One suspect also left a note with references to racial pride. The FBI set up a tip line for information about the shooting. Teachers, students and staff in the area are safe.
