Grand Jury Rejects Charges Against Six Lawmakers
A grand jury in Washington DC rejected charges against six Democratic lawmakers. Last year, Mark Kelly and five other lawmakers posted a video.
The video urged military members to refuse illegal orders. Trump said the video was seditious behavior punishable by death.
The Trump administration tried to get them charged. Kelly called the attempt a master alarm flashing for democracy. Democrats are denouncing the Justice Department's effort to indict them.
