ICE Officers Shoot Man in California
ICE officers shot Carlos Ivan Mendoza Hernandez during a traffic stop. It happened on April 7 in Patterson, California.
He was hit by more than 6 bullets. His lawyer says officers fired before he moved his car.
The Department of Homeland Security said he used his car as a weapon. Mendoza Hernandez says he was wrongly accused of being a gang member. He was cleared of murder charges in October 2019.
