Influencers Arrested After Climbing Empire State Building
Two people climbed the antenna of the Empire State Building on Wednesday. The building is in New York in the United States.
They were identified as Angela Nikolau and Ivan Kuznetsov. Both are known as daredevil influencers.
They starred in a 2024 Netflix film called 'Skywalkers: A Love Story.' They wore black clothes and appeared to be masked during the climb. At the top they held up a banner with a message about love and peace.
The climb appeared to be part of a marriage proposal. One person knelt on a ledge while the other showed a ring.
Both were arrested after coming back down. They face charges including burglary and criminal trespass. No one was hurt.
