Iran launched hundreds of drones at targets in the Persian Gulf region. The drones hit Kuwait, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

A fire started at the United States embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia after two drones hit it. Saudi Arabia's Defence Ministry said the damage was minor.

Iran's military guard said these attacks are among its first powerful steps. The guard continues to strike at United States assets in Gulf countries. These strikes are retaliation for United States and Israeli attacks on Iran.
