Narges Mohammadi won the Nobel Peace Prize. She fights for women's rights and human rights.
Iran sentenced her to more than seven years in prison. She was arrested at a protest in December.
Mohammadi started a hunger strike. The new sentence came after her hunger strike began. Iran did not right away acknowledge the sentence.
