Israel Starts West Bank Land Registration
Israel will begin a land registration process in the occupied West Bank. The process could let Israel control large areas for future building.
Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich called it continuing settlement expansion. The Palestinian Authority rejected it as illegal land seizure. Several Arab countries said the move breaks international law.
