Jury Finds Cosby Liable for 1972 Assault
A Santa Monica jury found Bill Cosby liable. He drugged and sexually assaulted Donna Motsinger in 1972.
Cosby had invited her to one of his comedy shows. He picked her up in a limousine.
Motsinger said Cosby gave her wine and a pill. She could not move after that. The jury awarded Motsinger more than $19 million in damages.
