National Guard Shoots Armed Man Dead in Memphis
National Guard soldiers shot and killed an armed man in Memphis, Tennessee. The shooting happened in the early morning hours of July 5.
The soldiers were on a crime-fighting patrol assigned by Trump. Police say 20-year-old Tyrin Johnson turned toward soldiers with a handgun.
The soldiers then fired. State investigators are now handling the case.
