Netanyahu Treated for Prostate Cancer

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had surgery in 2024 for an enlarged prostate. Follow-up care after that surgery found a tumor.

Doctors then found early-stage prostate cancer. He got radiation therapy at Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem, Israel.

His doctors say there is no sign of disease now. He has been successfully treated.

His office shared this news on Friday. Reports say Netanyahu waited two months before telling the public.

He said he did not want to give Iran what he called false propaganda. His yearly health report also said he is in good physical shape.

Klear Note Prostate cancer is common in older men. Early detection usually means better treatment outcomes.
