Alan Osmond has died at age 76. He was the eldest performing member of The Osmond Brothers.

He died at his home in Utah surrounded by family. Osmond was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1987.

He lived with the disease for nearly 40 years. He later stopped performing because of the illness.
