Prince Harry Loses Privacy Case Against Daily Mail
Prince Harry has lost a privacy case against the Daily Mail publisher. Six other people also lost the same case.
The judge ruled they could not prove the publisher gathered information illegally. The other claimants were Elton John, David Furnish, Liz Hurley, Sadie Frost, Doreen Lawrence and Simon Hughes.
The judge's written decision was 436 pages long. Associated Newspapers called the result a clear win for Daily Mail journalism.
The publisher plans to claim back its legal costs. This was Harry's third tabloid privacy lawsuit. He had won his two earlier cases against other newspaper publishers.
