Raman Takes Second Place in Los Angeles Mayor Race
Nithya Raman has moved into second place in the Los Angeles mayor race. She leads former reality TV star Spencer Pratt by about 3,000 votes.
Raman has 27.1% and Pratt has 26.7% of votes so far. This is with 83% of ballots counted.
The race has not yet been decided. Over 368,000 ballots are still to be counted. It is not yet known who will join Mayor Karen Bass in the November runoff.
