Russia Strikes Kyiv Two Nights Before Trump-Zelensky Meeting
Russian attacks across Ukraine killed at least three people overnight. One of those killed was in Kyiv.
Russia hit the Ukrainian capital for a second night in a row. Ukraine's air force said Russia fired 68 missiles and 351 attack drones.
None of the ballistic missiles were stopped. Reports say Ukraine did not have enough Patriot interceptors to stop them.
Ukraine hit back with drone attacks on sites in Russia. President Trump and President Zelensky are set to meet at a NATO summit in Ankara, Turkey.
The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday. It comes hours after the overnight strikes and Ukraine's response.
Zelensky is pressing NATO allies for more Patriot missile systems ahead of the meeting. Trump has already arrived in Turkey.
