Spain Sends Back Migrants After Deadly Ceuta Crossing

Sky News said local leaders gave a toll of 86. Intelligence officials say Morocco allowed border controls to relax slowly.
This may have caused the surge in crossings. The crisis has led 22 European Union countries to ask for a joint response.
Spain has also built a 500-meter sea barrier near Ceuta. The incident has led to closer checks on border security in the region.
