Suicide Bomb Kills 23 on Pakistan Train
A suicide bomber drove an explosives-filled vehicle near a railway track in Quetta, Pakistan. A passenger train was passing at the time.
At least 23 people were killed and over 70 were hurt. Two train cars overturned and caught fire.
The Baloch Liberation Army claimed it carried out the attack. The group said it targeted a train carrying security forces.
Quetta is the capital of Balochistan province. The region has a long-running separatist conflict. Hospitals across Quetta declared a medical emergency after the blast.
