Superdry Co-Founder Found Guilty of Rape
James Holder is co-founder of clothing firm Superdry. He is 54 years old.
Holder was found guilty of rape after a five-day trial. The trial was held at Gloucester Crown Court in England.
The crime happened after a night out in Cheltenham, England. It took place at the victim's flat in the early hours of 7 May 2022.
Prosecutors said the victim was intoxicated. Holder reportedly joined her taxi without being invited.
He then entered her flat without being invited. The victim asked him to stop and began crying. But he did not stop.
