Eric Swalwell is running for California governor. He is a Democratic congressman.

Sexual assault accusations were published against him. CNN and The San Francisco Chronicle reported them.

Swalwell denied them and said he will fight them with facts. Nancy Pelosi said the accusations must be looked into outside of his campaign.
