Theranos Interest Surged Before Nathan Fielder Documentary
Nathan Fielder's documentary about Elizabeth Holmes is called “You Can See Everything.” It premiered in theaters on October 16. Forbes reported on October 17 that interest in two Theranos stories surged.
The stories are Hulu's “The Dropout” and John Carreyrou's book “Bad Blood.” The Dropout drew 36.6 million viewing minutes in September. That was more than 220% above its August total.
Audiobook streams of Bad Blood also rose sharply. The report linked this renewed interest to the documentary's announcement and trailer.
The surge happened before the film's release. Forbes published its report after the premiere on October 16.
Klear Note — Viewing minutes measure total watch time, not the number of viewers.
