Donald Trump spoke at a rally in north Georgia. The rally was for US congressman Mike Collins.

It also backed Republican Rick Jackson for Georgia governor. Trump claimed at the rally that Georgia’s 2020 election was fraudulent.

He also said US senator Jon Ossoff’s election was illegitimate. He said Ossoff does not represent Georgia’s values.

Ossoff will face Collins in November. Trump also called his two-year run “most successful.” Anti-ICE protesters interrupted Trump’s speech.

The Associated Press reported that Trump suggested Ossoff paid the protesters. Ossoff criticized the decision to bring Trump to Georgia.

Former NFL star Todd Gurley flew with Trump on Air Force One. Trump’s last Dalton rally was in January 2021.

Ossoff and Raphael Warnock later won Senate runoff elections. At that time Trump had lost the presidential election. He would not accept the result.
