Two US Jets Shot Down Over Iran

A US F-15E fighter jet was shot down over southern Tehran Province, Iran. A second US plane, an A-10 Thunderbolt II, was also shot down Friday.

That pilot ejected and was rescued. One crew member from the F-15E is still missing.

The US military is searching for them. Trump warned Iran of consequences within 48 hours.

He said Iran must reopen the Strait of Hormuz or make a deal. Trump has posted on social media but made no public speeches since Friday.

Klear Note The Strait of Hormuz is a narrow waterway between Iran and Oman. About one-third of world's oil passes through it daily. Iran controls the strait's Iranian side.
