UK Court Gives Rehab Orders to Two Teen Rapists

A judge at Southampton Crown Court chose not to jail two boys who raped two teenage girls. The boys were both 15 years old when the attacks happened.

The attacks took place in Fordingbridge in Hampshire. One attack was on 26 November 2024 and one on 17 January 2025.

The judge gave both boys youth rehabilitation orders instead of prison. One victim is now 16 years old. She said the decision felt like a "rock straight in my face."
