US and Israel Strike Iran; Iran Retaliates
The United States and Israel bombed Iran on Friday. They hit nuclear sites and two of Iran's biggest steelmakers.
One strike hit a heavy water reactor at Arak. Heavy water reactors are used for nuclear research.
Airstrikes also hit a yellow cake plant in Yazd province, Iran. Iran then struck back across the Persian Gulf.
Oil prices rose after the attacks. Stock markets fell after the strikes and Iran's response.
