Venezuela Approves Law to Free Political Prisoners
Venezuela's National Assembly approved an amnesty law this week. The law could free hundreds of political prisoners.
These prisoners were jailed for opposing the government. Acting President Delcy Rodriguez signed the amnesty law. The prisoners had been detained for being people who opposed those in power.
