Washington Post CEO Will Lewis Steps Down
Will Lewis stepped down as CEO and publisher Saturday evening. Lewis took over the job in early 2024.
Jeff Bezos hired Lewis to improve the newspaper. The Washington Post cut 30 percent of staff recently.
More than 300 journalists lost their jobs in layoffs. Jeff D'Onofrio is the chief financial officer. He will lead the newspaper temporarily.
