World Number 1 Sinner Out of French Open

Jannik Sinner is the world's top-ranked tennis player. He has been knocked out of the French Open in the second round.

Sinner lost to Juan Manuel Cerundolo in Paris, France. The match went to five sets.

Sinner was leading 6-3, 6-2, 5-1 before his condition got worse. The final score was 3-6, 2-6, 7-5, 6-1, 6-1 to Cerundolo.

Sinner felt unwell during the match with dizziness, nausea and cramping. He was also dealing with an injury.

Both problems affected how he played. The loss ended a 30-match winning streak for Sinner.

It also ended his chance to win all four Grand Slam titles. Rival Carlos Alcaraz had already left the tournament through injury before this match.
